Privacy
In short: Flowwijzer uses no cookies, loads nothing from Google and collects no personal data, except what you enter yourself in the contact form.
Visitor statistics
I count visitors with GoatCounter. It does this anonymously: without cookies, without storing your IP address and without tracking you across sites. I only see which pages are viewed, which site you came from, your browser and screen size and the country you are in.
Your progress in the lessons
When you check off steps, your own browser remembers that on your device (in the browser's local storage). That data does not leave your device. If you clear this site's data in your browser, your progress is gone.
Contact form
If you use the form, I receive your message and the details you enter (name and email address are optional). I only use them to reply and delete messages once they are dealt with. The form works through Web3Forms, a form service that forwards your message to my email.
Feedback under the lessons
Under every lesson you can tell me whether the lesson was helpful and leave a comment. I receive that without a name or email address, unless you put one in the comment yourself. I only use it to improve the lessons.
Signing up for emails about new lessons
If you sign up, I store your email address and the time you signed up (with your consent) to send you an email about new lessons or major updates. You can unsubscribe or have your address deleted at any time via the contact form. I do not share your email address with anyone.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, the host may temporarily keep technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure and working. Fonts are served by Flowwijzer itself; no fonts are loaded from Google.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as the Microsoft documentation. What they do with data is covered by their own rules.
Your rights
You can ask which data I have about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Use the contact form for this.
