- 7 short lessons
- No programming needed
A flow consists of three kinds of blocks
Every flow you will ever build is a combination of these. Once you recognize them, the rest is a matter of practice.
The starting signal
A new email, a new file in SharePoint or every Monday at 8:00. Every flow begins with exactly one trigger.
What happens next
Save a file, send a message, add a row in Excel. You can put as many actions in a row as you like.
A yes/no question
Is the amount higher than 500 euros? Is the attachment a PDF? The answer decides which actions run next.
Lessons
Work through the lessons in order. Check off the steps in each lesson and you will see here how far you have come. Your progress is remembered on this device.
Free cheat sheet
Building blocks, handy expressions, date format and error messages on one page. Also as a PDF to download or print.
Glossary
Trigger, action, connector, loop. Power Automate has its own vocabulary. We explain the terms in a short list, with the Dutch term next to each.
